1.1. Shipping Methods and Rates: We offer flat rate standard and express shipping methods domestically in Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected method of either ‘Standard’ ($9.95) or ‘Express’ ($19.95). Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of checkout.

1.2. Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, along with the tracking information.

1.3. International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping, but please note that customs fees, import duties, or other taxes may be applicable depending on your location. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

1.4. Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to fulfill orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs, or natural disasters.
